Our state-of-the-art pasta is made with 100% durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs for a richer color and shorter cooking time.

We cook with wines and cheeses imported from Italy or proudly produced here. Our Parmigiano is Reggiano and our prosciutto comes from Parma.
